Today Sony dropped a massive opening salvo to this year's holiday buying season by dropping the price of the PlayStation 4 by $50 across the board. That's all available units, be it a bundle or a specialty system. This is spearheaded by the Nathan Drake Collection bundle which is a PS4 system with a copy of Uncharted, which includes the original trilogy of games for $349.99.

 

There's also another lesser known bundle thats actually a better deal. Its called the Military Appreciation bundle. Its a PS4 system, a copy of NBA 2K15, a digital download of The Last of Us Remastered, 3 months of Playstation Plus, and an extra controller (white camo) for $399.99!!!!

 

Now not to be outdone, Microsoft has come out swinging with a pretty baller deal of their own. They have put out a bundle that includes a 1TB XB1, a digital download of Gears of War Ultimate Edition, a digital download of Ori and the Blind Forest, and a digital copy of Rare Replay for $399.99. Thats beyond good.

 

I cant wait to see what the Black Friday deals look like on these.
